About

Mitchell Worsoff has practiced law in Ontario since 1997. Prior to entering private practice, he served for ten years as a provincial prosecutor in the City of Toronto, gaining substantial courtroom and trial experience that continues to influence his legal approach today.

His prosecutorial experience provided firsthand insight into criminal investigations, evidence assessment, trial preparation, and courtroom procedure. After transitioning into defence practice, Mitchell leveraged that experience to build a successful litigation career representing individuals across Ontario.

Over the course of his career, he has handled a broad range of criminal and regulatory matters while appearing at multiple levels of court throughout the province. His practice has focused on strategic advocacy, thorough preparation, and protecting the rights of those navigating the justice system.

Through Worsoff Law Firm, he has represented clients in criminal, regulatory, administrative, and professional disciplinary matters and has built a reputation for strong courtroom advocacy and effective legal representation.
